Syntax: MTP_USER_PART <si> <module_id>
Example: MTP_USER_PART 0x0a 0x2d
Configuration of a local user part module (other than a user part which has its own config command
in config.txt)

The service indicator.
<module_id>
The module id of the user process.
NOTE: This command must not be used when the corresponding configuration commands are used
(ISUP_CONFIG, TUP_CONFIG etc) as these commands automatically perform the function of the
MTP_USER_PART command.
