Step Two: Restore the Settings on NVR 3.0 server
After the file “backup.xml” is created, be sure to save it to a storage location that NVR 3.0
server client can browse.
From a client computer or server computer:
1. Login NVR 3.0 server (via either web client or workstation), go to Setup page 
System tab  Backup/Restore section, click “Browse” to locate the file
“backup.xml”, and click “Restore”.
2. You will be logged out to complete the restoration. As you login again, the settings of
NVR 2.3 server are applied by NVR 3.0 server.
