6. Reinstall the intake tube, tighten the two hose clamps, and
reconnect the crankcase breather tube. Reinstall the beauty cov-
er, and oil cap in the reverse order that they were removed.
Re-connect the negative battery cable!

3. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttlebody to the in-
take manifold. Note that the lower passenger side bolt secures a
metal bracket holding a wiring connector. Make sure to re-
mount this bracket in the same location in step #4.
4. Install the Poweraid Spacer between the throttlebody and the
intake manifold with the first supplied gasket next to the intake
manifold, and the second supplied gasket next to the throttle-
body as shown. Make sure the “flow” arrow printed on the spac-
er is pointing towards the intake manifold.
Install the provided bolts and washers thru the throttlebody and
the Poweraid Spacer and tighten to the vehicle manufacturer's
specifications.
5. Vehicles equipped with plastic intake manifolds have an O
ring pressed into the throttle body mounting surface. On these
applications only a single gasket is to be used between the spac-
er and the throttle body. Discard the second gasket.
