8.2 Ingest
8.2.1 Automatic
Files are automatically ingested via predefined Inboxes. This is a superuser or administrator task
described in more detail in chapter 7.2.
8.3 Sharing Assets
Assets are linked to a User Group, but can be shared with other Groups.
Example Asset being shared with User Group Customer2.
To share Assets with a User Group:
 Open the Asset and go to the Sharing tab.
 Select the User Group you want to share the Asset with and click Share.
The status of the Asset changes to: Pending.
Example Asset pending for acceptance.
