5.3 Vertical interval trigger
The BVS-1616 router provides vertical interval switching. Video input 1 is used as VIT reference. For all
possible video formats the sync carrier has to be connected to video input 1. Please connect the video
signals according to the tables above.
Switch 7 on the configuration switch enables or disables the VIT sensing on video input 1. If VIT
switching is enabled but a proper signal is missing, the router will automatically switch without VIT.
The VIT can be switched according to the following pattern:
