ROUTING THE PEC DEC CABLE:
Attach the metal ball to the ringlet of the
Pec Dec Adj Cam (25). Route the cable
over pulley P2, down and around pulley
P3, up and around pulley P4 then
attach the other metal ball
to the ringlet of the other
Pec Dec Adj Cam (25).
