5.4 Connecting DC strings
DANGER
Danger of death from high voltage.
Serious injury or death by contact with cables and terminals in the string collector.
› Disconnect the device from the power supply.
› Lock circuit breakers to prevent reconnection.
› Ensure that the device is completely disconnected.
› The fuse holder must not be opened until the string collector is disconnected.
↻ Connect positive strings directly to the fuse holders with screw terminals.
↻ Connect negative strings to the blue spring-loaded terminals.
Use the operating tool for spring-loaded terminals to connect the string lines to the spring-loaded terminals.
↻ Observe the wire cross-sections.
↻ Observe the polarity.
The connection of the Mini-Argus FR is with DC solar plugs.
