Switching on and off

§ To switch on the machine, pull the on/off switch.
§ To switch off the machine, press the on/ off switch.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

§ Clean the outside of the machine with a moist cloth.
§ Regularly check the machine for possible damages and leakage.

7.1

Venting and bleeding the tank

After each use the tank must be vented and the moist collected in the tank must be drained.

§ Turn the adjusting knob to the left until the manometer

indicates 0 bar.

§ Tilt the machine backwards to gain access to the bleeding

point.

§ Loosen the screw carefully in such a way that the tank is

vented fluently.

§ Check the manometer. When the tank pressure has

dropped below 0.7 bar, you can remove the screw
completely.

§ Tilt the machine forward and let the moist flow from the

tank. Move the tank a few times so that all moist can flow
from the tank.

§ Re-insert the screw and tighten it securely..

Always make sure that all the moist has been drained from the tank. Never
fully close the water outlet valve if you leave the machine in an area colder
than 0 °C.

7.2

Changing the oil

The oil in the pump must be changed after the first 50
operating hours, and then after every 200 hours or 3 months,
§ Place a receiving bin under the gauge glass.
§ Remove the plug from the filling-point.
§ Remove the screw from the gauge glass.
§ Turn the machine slightly backwards to remove all oil.
§ Re-insert the screw and tighten it securely.
§ Fill the pump housing with standard compressor oil until

the level is equal to the dot on the gauge glass

§ Replace the plug
