 Attach the other end of each frame brace to the inside of the right & left wheel assembly

frames by using bolt M6x35 and M6 lock nut.

NOTE: The nuts and bolts do not have to be completely tightened yet.

 Slip the inner axle bushing onto the right side of the axle, pushing the inner axle bushing

into the outer axle bushing until tight. Attach the wheel to the right side of the axle by
inserting the bolt M5x45 bolt and fastening with Lock Nut M5. Attach the axle end cap by
tapping with a wooden or rubber mallet.

 Slip the inner axle bushing onto the left side of the axle, pushing the inner axle bushing

into the outer axle bushing until tight. Push the wheel onto the axle. Insert the flat washer
Ø16 and attach the axle end cap by tapping with a wooden or rubber mallet.

NOTE: The nuts and bolts do not have to be completely tightened yet.

NOTE: Insert the inner axle bushing into outer axle bushing and make sure
they are tight.

Insert the handle shaft between the top ends of the wheel assembly frames. Pass the two
bolts M6x45 through the wheel assembly frames and the handle shaft then fasten with the lock
nuts M6.

Go back and tighten all nuts and bolts assembled so far. Do not
overtighten.

NOTE: in the following step, the handle can be higher or lower depending
on the user’s preference.

Before installing the gauge, the upper handles and the handle shaft, decide which of the three
positions will be most comfortable for the operator. If the middle or the upper positions are
chosen, use a the handle spacer in the hole nearest to the handle grips.

 Insert the bolts M6x45 through the upper left handle, then through the handle spacer and

the upper handle on the right side, screw with the flat washer Ø6 and the lock nut M6.
Slide the gauge and the lever assembly onto the bolts and fasten with the lock nut M6.

 Tighten lock nuts securely.

 Push the adjustable handle to the lowest position.
 Insert one end of the adjusting cable into the hole at the end of gauge and the lever

assembly.

 Use the line clamp to fix the position of the cable by using the bolt M5X10 and the lock nut

M5. Noted: DO NOT TIGHTEN.

Slip the threaded end of the adjustable connecting rod into the shut off plate with a flat washer
Ø6, then fasten with the flat washer Ø6 and the lock nut M6.
