These garden lanterns have been manufactured
exclusively for outdoor and indoor household
use, and they are not suitable for commercial
purposes.

Lanterns Get very hot!

important: Read these instructions carefully

and be sure to keep them in a safe place!
• Use the lantern only outdoors or in a well-
ventilated area.
• Store it in a fire-proof location. Store in such a
manner that the product is at a sufficient
distance from flammable materials or heat-
sensitive surfaces.
• Place the lantern on level, stable, and fire-
resistant surfaces only.

• Please ensure the product is securely placed
before each use.
• Protect the product from draughts. Install or
store only in protected areas.
• Do not cover the lantern or close off the venti-
lation slots.
• Position lanterns where children and pets
cannot reach them.
• Never leave the product unattended when in
use.
• Glass is fragile and can lead to serious injury
if it breaks. Should the glass break, remove it
carefully, and discontinue use of the article.
• Use only wax candles.
• Use only one candle in the lantern.
• Do not use multiple-wick candles, combustible
gels, votive candles, or any kind of fuel.
• Do not light the candle until it is standing
securely in the lantern. Use long matches
or a stick lighter.
• Replace the candle in good time with a new
one to avoid impurities caused by wax and to
prevent uncontrolled burn-off.
• Do not transport the product when it contains
a burning candle.

• Use only candles that are suitable for these
lanterns.
• The candle should have a minimum diameter
of approx. 3-5cm. Also, the candle should be
no less than approx. 10cm and no more than
15cm in height for the small lantern, and no
less than approx. 10cm and no more than
20cm for the large one.
• Make sure that the candle is standing in a
secure and straight position in the lantern.
It is best to secure it with a little candle wax
on the floor of the lantern.

opening and closing the door

• To open the door, push the bolt upwards and
then open the door.
• Bolt the door by pushing the bolt downwards
into the opening provided.
