Do not pull on the product’s lead.

Do not attach any other objects to the product.

This product is designed only for use
indoors in dry and enclosed rooms.

Avoid risk to life from electric
shock!

Before use ensure that the available mains volt-
age agrees with the operating voltage specified
for the product (220–240 V∼).

Before connecting the product to the mains,
always check it and the mains plug for any
damage.

Do not use the product if you discover it is
damaged in any way.

This product’s external flexible tube is non-
replaceable. Hence if it becomes damaged
you must dispose of the entire product.

Never open any electrical fittings or allow any
object to be inserted into them.

Protect the mains lead from sharp edges,
mechanical loads and hot surfaces.

Never fix the product in place with clips or
nails.

Before installing, uninstalling or cleaning, always
pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.

Do not touch the product’s plug or even the
product itself if your hands are wet.

Keep the product away from moisture.

This product must not be electrically connected
to another product.

Disconnect the product from the mains supply if
it is not going to be used for some time (e.g.
holiday).

If you have any questions about the product or
are unsure about any of its aspects, please
seek the advice of an electrical equipment
specialist.

Do not remove nor replace any LEDs if the light
set is still connected to the mains power supply.

Replace LEDs only with LEDs of the same type
as the ones supplied with the product.

Use

Note: The bulbs are connected in series. If one
bulb is defective, up to 10 bulbs may not light up.

Unfold the lamp shade

Insert the LED bracket

with the LED light set

into the lamp shade

Fold the lamp shade

back together.

Pull the cord

through the cord stopper

to close the lamp shade

Insert the mains plug

into the mains socket.

The LEDs are switched on.

Pull the mains plug

out of the mains socket

to switch off the LEDs.

Replacing a bulb

Replace the bulb as shown in Fig. F.

Cleaning and care

First of all pull the mains plug out of the mains socket.

For electrical safety reasons never clean the product
with water or other fluids nor immerse it in water.

Do not use solvents, such as petrol and the like,
as they could damage the product.

Use only a dry, fluff-free cloth for cleaning.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recy-
clable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for
more details of how to dispose of your discarded
product.
