For rear Wheel Use.

3.1.1 Place the roller stand 8" (20cm) behind the back wheel with the ramped side facing the wheel.

3.1.2 Ensure the rollers are at right angles to the wheel to be cleaned.

3.1.3 Lift the motorcycle off the side stand and manually roll onto the roller stand. You will feel a small bump as the wheel rides over the

first roller. Let the wheel come to a rest between the two rollers of the roller stand. Allow the front wheel to rest at full left lock.

3.1.4 Ease the motorcycle back onto it's side stand. on some bikes the angle of lean may be too great, if this is the case place a block of

wood under the side stand to adjust the angle until you are satisfied that the angle is safe. chock the front wheel or secure the front

brake lever with a cord to apply the front brake preventing the front wheel from moving.

3.1.5 once satisfied that your motorcycle is secure, the wheel may be rotated by hand.

3.1.6 If the rear wheel creeps to the edge of the roller stand move the handlebars from full left lock to straight ahead position, ensure the

bike remains stable on the side stand during this procedure.

3.2

For Front Wheel Use.

3.2.1 repeat the procedures as for the rear wheel.

3.2.2 If the wheel moves to one side of the roller stand whilst rotating, change the direction of the front wheel as you spin it.
