30 Troubleshooting
Using the Paper Feed/Paper
Eject function
1. Load several sheets of A4 size paper.
2. Press the q Setup button to open the Setup menu.
3. Press the u or d button to select Paper
Feed/Paper Eject, then press the r button.
4. Press the OK button and follow the instructions on
the LCD panel.
Repeat Steps 2 to 4 if needed.

assistance. Check your Pan-European Warranty
Document for information on how to contact EPSON
Customer support. They will be able to help you much
more quickly if you give them the following
information:
■ Product serial number
(The serial number label is usually on the back of
the product.)
■ Product model
■ Product software version
(Click About, Version Info, or similar button in
the product software.)
■ Brand and model of your computer
■ Your computer operating system name and
version
■ Names and versions of the software applications
you normally use with your product

drivers, FAQs, manuals and other downloadables.
