Starting a Wireless Network Connection (WLAN networking)
Your Zypad WL1000 integrates an IEEE 802.11b/g Wireless LAN feature.
The first time you use your WL1000 the internal WLAN card is not connect to a wireless network.
Note:
Means WLAN is not connected to a wireless network
Means WLAN is connected to a wireless network
HOW TO START THE CONNECTION
1.
Insure that the WLAN feature in the Communication Tab of the Zypad setup is enabled: see
the “
Zetup (Zypad Setup)
” paragraph. The corresponding LED will turn ON.
2.
Double tap the
icon on the Task bar
3.
The IP Information will be displayed. The first time no information will be available
4.
Select the “Wireless Information” tab
5.
A list with the available Wireless access points will be displayed.
