structions and hazard warnings are not only intend-
ed to protect your own health and the health of
others, but also to prevent damage to the heated
overblanket. Observe this safety advice. If you
pass the electric overblanket on to anyone else,

please pass on these operation instructions as well.

LIFE AND RISK OF INJURY FOR
INFANTS AND CHILDREN!

Never leave children unattended with the pack-
aging material, as it poses a risk of suffocation.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

Do not use the heated overblanket if it is damp.

Do not misuse the mains cable to carry
or hang up the heated overblanket or
to pull the plug out of the socket. Keep

the cable away from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
If the mains cable is damaged or severed, do not
touch it, and remove the mains plug immediately.
Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk
of electric shocks.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do
not stick needles or sharp objects
into the heated overblanket.

If you use a cardiac pacemaker,

please consult your doctor and the
manufacturer of the pacemaker be-

fore using this heated overblanket. The electric
and magnetic fields generated by the overblan-
ket may under certain circumstances interfere
with the operation of cardiac pacemakers.
However, the levels are far below the permissible
limits: details of these levels can be found in the
“Technical data” chapter.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

AND INJURY! Check the electric overblanket
carefully before each use for signs of wear and /
or damage. Do not use the product if you dis-
cover wear or damage or if it has been subject
to improper use. In this case, send it back to
the dealer or his service centre before using it
again.

Children or anyone lacking the knowledge or
experience to use the heated overblanket, or
anyone whose physical, sensory or mental capaci-
ties are limited, must not use the heated over-
