DANGER! The knives of the
crushing mill are sharp. Do not
reach into the crushing mill
through the filler shaft.
1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Check whether all accessories were
included and are undamaged (see
"Included in Delivery " page 23).
3. Clean all accessories as described in
these instructions (see "Cleaning "
page 24).
4. Place the ice crusher on a dry, level
and anti-slip surface.
4. Power supply
DANGER! Only connect the de-
vice to an easily accessible outlet,
the voltage of which complies with
the information on the type label.
Even after connecting the power
plug, the outlet must be easily ac-
cessible.
• Unplug the power plug from the socket
after every operation.
5. Operation
DANGER! Never reach into the
running device through the filler
shaft. Do not insert any items into
the filler shaft. Also hold long hair
or loose clothing away from the fill-
er shaft. There is a risk of injury
due to the rotating knives of the
crushing mill.
WARNING!
•
Let the device cool down for at least
2 minutes after each operation.
• To prevent damages to the device,
immediately interrupt the crushing
operation as soon as the knives do not
turn or only turn with difficulty. Turn the
device off immediately and pull the
power plug. Check whether there is too
much ice in the crushing mill. Should
that be the case, wait until the ice in the
filler shaft has melted.
1. Switch the ice crusher on with the On/
Off switch 7 and let the device run for a
few seconds.
2. Remove the lid 1.
3. Place one ice cube on top of the filler
shaft flap 2.
4. Push the lever for the filler shaft flap 8
back and the ice cube drops into the
crushing mill.
5. Once the ice cube has been crushed
and placed into the collecting con-
tainer 6, repeat work steps 3. - 4.
6. When the collecting container 6 is full
(or at the latest after 10 minutes),
switch the device off using the On/Off
switch 7 and unplug the power plug.
7. Remove the collecting container 6 and
remove the crushed ice with the ice
scoop 5.
TIP: You can crush up to approximately
400 grams of ice per minute.
