8. Troubleshooting
If your device fails to function as required, please
try this checklist first. Perhaps there is only a minor
problem, and you can solve it yourself.
WARNING! Risk of material damage!
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself un-
der any circumstances.
Fault Possible causes/Action
No sound
• Make sure that the TRS
connector 4 is inserted into
the socket of the sound
source.
• Check the settings (volume,
playback) at your sound
source.
Sound only
on one side
of the
head-
phones
• Check the balance settings
on your sound source.
• Make sure that the TRS
connector 4 is fully inserted
into the socket of the sound
source.
