Safety instructions

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

►

The voltage of the power source must tally with

the details given on the rating plate of the appli-

ance.

►

To avoid potential risks, arrange for a defective

appliance to be checked and possibly repaired

by qualifi ed technicians, or contact our Customer

Service Department.

►

To avoid risks, arrange for defective power plugs

and/or cables to be replaced at once by qualifi ed

technicians or our Customer Service Department.

►

Always disconnect from the mains power socket

by pulling only on the plug itself, never on the

cable.

►

Never bend (kink) or crush the power cable,

always lay it in such a way that it cannot come

into contact with hot surfaces and lay it such that

no-one can step on or trip over it.

►

After every use, before cleaning and when refi lling

with mains water, always remove the plug from

the mains power socket.

►

Do not use extension cables.

►

Never touch the power cable or the plug with

wet hands.
