Coleslaw
Ingredients
■ 1.5 kg White cabbage
■ 1/2 Paprika pod
■ 125 g Sugar
■ 125 ml Cooking oil
■ 125 ml Vinegar
■ 1 tbsp. Salt
■ a pinch of pepper
1) Cut the white cabbage up into small pieces and then slice it with the coarse
cutting drum q (II).
2) Cut the paprika pod up so that it fi ts into the fi lling shaft w and then shred it
with the coarse shredding drum 3 (IV).
3) Heat up the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and the pepper.
4) Pour this liquid over the white cabbage and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
Salad with feta cheese

■ 2 large Tomatoes
■ 1 Cucumber
■ 1 green Paprika
■ 1 red Paprika
■ 1 Onion
■ 200 g Feta cheese
■ 50 g Olives
■ 4 tbsp. Cooking oil
■ 1 Lemon
■ 30 g fresh herbs as desired (for example, basil)
