Phone locked
The phone is locked. To unlock the phone, see “Phone Lock” on
page 46.
Enter lock code
Your phone comes with the default security code, 0 0 0 0 . You can
change it to any three- to eight-digit personalized code. See “Phone
Lock” on page 46.
Handheld Phone
• Recharge or replace the battery.
Handsfree Phone in Vehicle
• Make sure that the phone is properly inserted into its holder.
• Check that the handsfree equipment is Ericsson original equip-
ment and that it has been properly installed.
• Change the Handsfree Type from Type 1 to Type 2. See “Hands-
free Types” on page 61.
