Bolts (#11), four Spring Lock Washers (#22) and four
Washers (#12) per Leg End Panel. See FIG. 3.
7. Slide Left Leg Cover Panel (#6) into the grooves of the
Left Leg (#2). See FIG. 3A.
8. Slide Right Leg Cover Panel (#7) into the grooves of
the Right Leg (#3). See FIG. 3B.
9. Attach the Left Leg Cover Panel (#6) and Right Leg
Cover Panel (#7) to the Legs using one Screw (#14)
and one Washer (#12) per Leg. See FIG. 3C.
