DiGiGrid D Datasheet
The DiGiGrid D shall be an audio interface for the SoundGrid Network.
The front of the unit shall have a headphone output (1/4” TRS) with an analogue level control on the top of the unit. The rear of the unit shall
have 2 XLR Mic inputs. The top of the unit shall have physical controls for each mic input to control gain, phantom power, phase inversion, a
switchable high pass filter and a mix button. Pressing the mix button shall send the mic input signal directly to the headphone output buss. The
rear of the unit shall also have 2 line/instrument inputs (1/4” TRS). The top of the unit shall have physical controls for each line/instrument input to
control gain, input impedance and a mix button. The rear shall have 4 line outputs. 2 of these shall have a fixed output level and the other 2 shall
have a level control on the top of the unit, as well as a mute button. The level controls for the line outputs and the headphone outputs on the top
of the unit shall have a Dim button and a Mono button. These buttons shall dim the level or make the output mono for both the line outputs and
the headphone outputs.
The rear of the unit shall also have an RJ45 ethernet port for connection to the SoundGrid network. This port shall also allow the unit to be
powered by PoE. Alternatively, there shall be a quarter turn lock power connector on the rear of the unit to power it.
Each of the 4 inputs, the stereo headphone output and the stereo variable level line outputs shall have segmented LED metering on the top of the
unit.
The dimensions of the D shall be: 220.5 (w) x 160 (d) x 77 (h) mm
The weight of the D shall be: 1.7kg
SoundGrid audio networking gives you the freedom to connect
multiple I/Os, mixing consoles, DAW computers and DSP servers
to the same system, all using standard Cat 5e/Cat 6 Ethernet
cables. Boasting state-of-the-art AD/DA convertors, DiGiGrid
intergaces ensure high fidelity with uncompromising dynamic
range, plus the ease and flexibility of the SoundGrid network.
