To make a wireless network connection, click the Connect button on the Status
screen. Prior to clicking the Connect button, the modem will be in Attached mode.
In Attached mode, the modem is able to send and receive SMS text messages and
phone calls only. Once in GPRS Enabled mode you are able to send and receive

IP data, such as email and Internet activity.

Entering your PUK (Personal Unlock Key)
Should your SIM become locked from entering an incorrect PIN, you will be unable
to start the modem manager an unable to send/receive email, SMS and voice calls.
(occurs only after 3 failed entries)
Please contact your service provider for your PUK and enter it when prompted by
the modem manager during startup.
