Docking and Charging your iPhone/iPod
To dock your iPhone or iPod, gently place it over the 30 pin dock connector located on top
of the unit. Place the Dock Support behind the iPhone/iPod and attach to unit with
thumbscrew. Adjust support so it is snug against the iPhone/iPod and tighten the thumb-
screw. While your iPhone/iPod is docked in the unit and the unit is connected to AC power,
it recharges (until fully charged).
1. Dock the already playing iPhone/Pod, the HDP-66 will automatically turn on and you will hear the music playing from your
iPhone/iPod.
Note: If the volume of the playing track is too low on the iPhone/iPod itself, HDP-66 may not detect iPhone/iPod is
in play mode. Press the Button twice to play it.
2. When the iPod is docked and in standby mode, press the Button to play the iPhone/iPod. The iPod Icon will appear
on the display, indicating iPod playing mode.
3. Press the Button again to pause play; press again to resume it.
4. Press the and to adjust the system volume.
5. Press >> or << Button on the remote (optional) to go to the next or previous track. Press and hold while track is playing
for high speed forward or reverse music search of the current track.
6. To turn off the unit, press the Power Off/ Alarm Reset Button. iPhone/iPod will continue charging while in the dock.
