MAINTENANCE
Monthly
maintenance
1.Clean the fuel tank using
petrol.
2.Clean the carburettor and
the space surrounding it.
3.Clean the fan and the space
around it.
4.Check the fuel filter and the
fuel pipe, replace if
necessary.
5.Check all cables and
connections.
6.Replace the spark plug.
7. Clean the inside of the
hydraulic tank.
Weekly
maintenance
1.Check the starter, the
starter cord and the return
spring.
2.Make sure that the
vibration damping
elements are not damaged.
3.Clean the outside of the
spark plug. Remove and
check the electrode gap.
Adjust the gap to 0.5 mm
(.020") or change the spark
plug.
4.Clean the fins on the
flywheel.
5.Clean or replace the spark
arrest screen on the
silencer.
6.Clean the carburettor
space.
7.Clean the cooling fins on
the cylinder and check that
the air intake in the starter
housing is not blocked.
8.Clean the air filter.
