67 Using the Setup Menu
Camera Sounds
Camera sounds are the sounds that the camera makes when
you turn it on, press a button, or take a picture. Camera
sounds are not the audio sounds recorded with images or
video clips.
The default Camera Sounds setting is On.
1. In the Setup Menu (page 65), select Camera Sounds.
2. In the Camera Sounds sub-menu,
highlight Off or On.
3. Press the button to save the
setting and return to the Setup
Menu.
The new setting remains in effect
until it is changed again, even when
you turn the camera off.
