1) Press the CUSTOM 1 OR 2 key to select a custom workout.

2) Press SELECT TARgET key to select a time, distance, or calories target. Press ENTER to select desired target.

3) Set each speed profile by using the / or + / – keys and press ENTER. Repeat for all 15 speed profiles.

4) Set each incline profile by using the / or + / – keys and press ENTER. Repeat for all 15 incline profiles.In
