Improperly replacing
or covering front seat-back covers
can prevent your side airbags from
inflating during a side impact.
If water or
another liquid soaks into a seat-
back, it can prevent the side airbag
cutoff system from working
properly.
Additional Information About Your Airbags
Do not cover or replace f ront seat-
back covers without consulting
your dealer.
Do not expose the f ront passenger’s
seat-back to liquid.
