Instructions for Use
• Plug corded recharger into 120-volt outlet.
• Plug small end of recharger cord into massager’s base. Red light on QUAD
Extreme will illuminate – indicating that unit is in charge mode. Allow unit 3.5
hours to fully charge.
• Remove QUAD from charging base. Massager will run 45 minutes on this charge.
• To activate massage, press power button once.
• Lightly apply 4 massage nodes to the area you wish to massage. Massage the
area for a short period of time and move to another area. Never massage the
same spot for longer than 3 minutes.
CAUTION- as stated in the “IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS” section of this manual, never use this appliance near the eyes or
other sensitive areas.
• After completing your massage, turn quad off by depressing power button once.
NOTE: Operation of longer than 15 minutes is not recommended and may cause
overheating.
Maintenance
To Clean
Be sure to unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly
damp cloth to wipe. Never allow water or any liquids to come into contact with
the handle. Never use abrasives, detergents or cleaning agents to clean.
To Store
Unplug the appliance from the outlet and allow it to cool before storing it in its
box, or a clean, dry place. Do not wrap the recharging cord around the unit. Do
not hang the unit by its recharging cord.
