Maintenance box at the end of its service life
The maintenance box is at the end of
its service life. Replace the maintenance box.
Maintenance box error
The maintenance box is not installed. Install the maintenance box.
The maintenance box is not
detected. Install the maintenance box again.
The maintenance box cannot be
used with the printer. Install a genuine maintenance box.
The maintenance box cover is open. Close the maintenance box cover.
Cartridge lever unlocked
The cartridge lever is in the unlocked
position. Move the cartridge lever to the
locked position.
Maintenance box nearing the end of its service life
The maintenance box is nearing the
end of its service life. Obtain a new maintenance box.
Paper out
Paper is not loaded. Load the paper, and then press the
)
Paper/Cancel button.
Double feed error
The printer feeds more than one
sheet of paper at a time. Remove the jammed paper, and
then press the ) Paper/Cancel
button.
Paper jam
The paper is jammed. Remove the jammed paper.

Paper size error
The paper size set in the printer driver
and the size of loaded paper differ. Match the paper size setting.
Duplex unit error
The duplex unit is not installed. Install the duplex unit.
