Assembly
• Rotate the windshield forward so
that the base of the windshield
lies flat against the dash.
• Insert two #8 x 1 /
2
" screws into the
holes in the rear of the windshield
as shown
.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Make sure there is no
gap between the windshield and
the dash. Do not over-tighten the
screws.
• Insert four #8 x 1" screws into the
holes in the front of the wind-
shield
.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Insert the tabs on the windshield
into the slots in the vehicle body.

• Position the hood over the front
of the vehicle body as shown.
• Insert the tabs on the hood into
the slots in the vehicle body.
• Close the hood.
