Add ports 21 and 23 to tagged based VLAN 1 by checking the
corresponding boxes.

Select the save icon at the top of the screen.

Select OK to return to the main tag VLAN menu.
Note that ports 21 and 23 are now part of both VLAN1 and VLAN 2.
