99-1003 DASH DISASSEMBLY
SPORTAGE 1995-1997
Remove ashtray and (2) Phillips
head screws inside ashtray cavity. 2
Unclip and remove dash trim panel. 3
Remove (4) Phillips head screws
securing the radio. Unplug and
remove the radio. 4
Continue to kit preparation.
* Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio.
Disconnect the negative battery
terminal to prevent an accidental
short circuit. 1
