The dishwasher
does not start.

The door is not properly
closed.

Push the door firmly shut.

The machine is not
plugged in.

Insert the plug.

The circuit breaker has
tripped.

Reset the circuit breaker
(see the data plate for minimum
amperage).

The dishwasher is not
turned on.

Press the

U button and select a

program.

The dishwasher
stops during a
program.

The circuit breaker has
tripped.

– Reset the circuit breaker (see

the data plate for minimum
amperage).

– If the circuit breaker trips

again, contact Miele.

The buzzer sounds.
All indicator lights
of the program
selection flash
when the door is
open.

There may be a
technical fault.

– Turn the dishwasher off with

the

V button.

After a few seconds:

– Turn the dishwasher on.

– Select the desired program

with the Program selection
button.

– Close the door.

If the indicator lights flash again,
a technical fault has occurred.

– Contact Miele.

The drain pump
may also be
running when the
door is open.

The waterproof system
has activated.

– Turn off the water supply.

– Contact Miele.
