To access the Sound Effects Manager, please do the following:
Step 9: Install the audio CODEC driver.
Step 10: Click either:
The Sound Effect Manager icon in the Notification Area of the system task bar
(see Figure E-2), or
The Sound Effect Manager icon in the Control Panel (Figure E-3).
