SMASK

Description

This command enables you to read system status showing by a hexadecimal number that

represents the 8 bits corresponding binary numbers.

Power 1

If there is a power fail occurring on Power 1, bit 0 will be

set as 1.

Power 2

If there is a power fail occurring on Power 2, bit 1 will be

set as 1.

Master Ring Switch

If his Switch is the master Ring Switch (the Master LED

indicator will be “on”) bit 2 will be set as 1.

Relay output status

If the relay output is activated, bit 3 will be set as 1.

Example

Power2 fail occurring, and the Switch is the Master of the topology.

HMIVALUE [value1] [value2]

Description

This command enables you to configure the Switch operation modes.

Parameters

Parameter Description

Value 1

bit0 : set 1 to enable ring pair 1.

bit1 : set 1 to enable ring pair 2.

bit2 : set 1 to enable STP Protocol. otherwise is Cyber-Ring Protocol

bit3 : set 1 to force Switch as the Master of topology.
