NOTE:

If po wer is s witc hed off during recor ding, the TV set goes off and the VCR contin ues to recor d. Press the
STOP button to halt the recor ding and turn off the VCR.
•
The TV/VCR Channel cannot be c hang ed during recor ding.
Set the TV/CATV option to the appropriate
position. (See page 21.)
RECORDING A TV PROGRAM
Press the SP/EP button to select the desired
tape speed (SP or EP). “SP” or “EP” will
appear on the screen for 4 seconds.
TV
- VHF/UHF channels
CATV - CABLE TV channels
To turn on the TV/VCR, press the PO WER
button.
Load a cassette tape with the erase pre
vention
tab intact.
