The battery power is not enough, please charge it. After the battery is installed,
the camera cannot be
switched on.
The battery is installed inversely. Please confirm the proper
installation.
The internal memory or SD/MMC is full. Please transfer or
delete some files so as to release space.
Pressing the Shutter key
cannot snap and record
videos.
The SD card in the camera is write-protected. Please take
out the SD card and pull the write-protected switch to
release protection.
Pictures and videos can not
be replayed and files in the
computer can not found in
the memory.
Because the SD/MMC memory card is inserted into the
camera, the internal memory cannot be used. Please
switch off to take out the memory card.
Unclear pictures
The hands are shaking during capturing. Please hold the
camera firmly and stably or use other object to stabilize the
camera; during snapping, do not shake the camera.
