Limited Trampoline Warranty
GUARANTEE VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES
Jumpking, Inc. (Jumpking) warrants its trampoline products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service
conditions. The various component parts of the trampoline are warranted against defects and workmanship as follows:
A. Steel frame - ten (10) years;
B. Sewing on stitched jumping mat (bed) - two (2) years;
C. Stitched or stitchless jumping mat (bed) is warranted one hundred percent (100%) the first year, fifty
percent (50%) for the second year, thirty-five percent (35%) for the third year, twenty percent (20%) for the
fourth year, and ten percent (10%) during the fifth year;
D. Frame pads and springs - six (6) months.
All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Jumpking’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to
replacing or repairing, at Jumpking’s option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. All products for which a warranty claim is made must
be received by Jumpking at one of its authorized service centers, freight prepaid, and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be
preauthorized by Jumpking. Preauthorization may be obtained by calling Jumpking’s Customer Service Department at 800/322-2211. This Warranty
does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or
repairs not provided by a Jumpking authorized service center or for products used for commercial or rental purposes. No other Warranty beyond that
specifically set forth above is authorized by Jumpking.
JUMPKING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNEC-
TION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF
PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR USE, COST OF REMOVAL, INSTALLATION OR OTHER CONSE-
QUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE WARRANTY EXTENDED HEREUNDER IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN ITS SCOPE AND DURATION TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS. ACCORDINGLY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

GARANTIA VALIDA SOLO EN LOS E.U.A.
Jumpking, Inc. (Jumpking) garantiza que los productos de trampolines por ellos fabricados carecen de defectos en el material y fabricación en
condiciones normales de uso y servicio. Los distintos componentes del trampolín están garantizados contra defectos y fabricación como sigue:
A. Armazón de acero - diez (10) años;
B. Costura en la lona de salto - dos (2) años;
C. La lona cosida o sin coser está garantizada totalmente (100%) el primer año, cincuenta por ciento (50%) el
segundo año, treinta cinco por ciento (35%) el tercer año, veinte por ciento (20%) el cuatro año y diez por
ciento (10%) durante el quinto año,
D. Las almohadillas y resortes del armazón - seis (6) meses .
La cobertura de la garantía se extiende solamente al comprador minorista original a partir de la fecha de compra. La obligación de Jumpking bajo esta
garantía está limitada al reemplazo o la reparación, a opción de Jumpking, del producto en uno de sus servicentros autorizados. Todos los productos
por los cuales se presente un reclamo bajo garantía deberán ser recibidos por Jumpking en uno de sus servicentros autorizados, flete pagado por
anticipado, y acompañados de un comprobante de venta satisfactorio. Todas las devoluciones deben ser previamente autorizadas por Jumpking. La
preautorización debe solicitarse llamando al Departamento de Atención al Cliente de Jumpking al 800/322-2211. Esta garantía no cubre ningún
producto o daño a un producto causado por o atribuido a daño durante el transporte, maltrato, abuso, uso incorrecto o anormal, o reparaciones
hechas por terceros y no por un servicentro autorizado por Jumpking, o por productos usados para propósitos comerciales o de arrendamiento.
Jumpking no autoriza ninguna otra garantía excepto la específicamente antes descrita.
JUMPKING NO SE RESPONSABILIZA POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, ESPECIALES O CONSIGUIENTES QUE SURJAN O ESTEN RELACIONADOS
CON EL USO O COMPORTAMIENTO DEL PRODUCTO U OTROS DAÑOS CON RESPECTO A CUALQUIER PERDIDA ECONOMICA, DE
PROPIEDAD, DE INGRESOS O GANANCIAS, PERDIDA DEL USUFRUCTO O USO, COSTOS DE REMOCION, INSTALACION U OTROS DAÑOS
CONSIGUIENTES. ALGUNOS ESTADOS NO PERMITEN LA EXCLUSION O LIMITACION DE LOS DAÑOS FORTUITOS O CONSIGUIENTES.
SEGUN EL CASO, LA LIMITACION ANTES MENCIONADA PUEDE NO AFECTARLE A USTED.
