To Annotate a Still Image
1. Press .
2. Determine whether to display or hide live annotation, if any.
Select Live Annotation > Show > On or Off.
3. Select Still Annotation.
4. Select the desired item.
Item Choices Description
Add Text Create text for use in a still annotation.
Preset Select, create, edit, or delete text presets.
Arrow Create an arrow for use in a still annotation.
Edit Text Edit existing still text annotations.
Arrows Edit existing still arrow annotations.
Clear Text Deletes all still annotation text from the screen and from memory.
Arrows Deletes all still annotation arrows from the screen and from memory.
Show On, Off Turns still annotation (text and arrows) on or off.
Note In addition to annotating with text and arrows, you can also add audio comments
to a still image in either of two ways:
• Immediately after saving an image, you can select Record Audio.
• If viewing a recalled image, you can press , and then select Audio >
Record Audio.
Note Changing the display size will change annotations location and may cause
annotation to be cut off.
