All e-mails that have been received
or sent or which are waiting to be
sent are displayed.
Insert line Add a line to the address field.
Delete line Reduce the address field by
one line.

Receive e-mail
Before an e-mail can be read it must
be retrieved from the server. The
connection to the activated e-mail
account is set up (page 38) and all
e-mails are transferred to the inbox
list.
Your phone can identify up to
100 mails that have already been
collected from the server. Please
make sure not to keep “old” mails
on the server to avoid mails being
fetched twice. You have the possibil-
ity of deleting mails from the server
once they have been downloaded by
phone, (see page 39).

You will receive a relevant advisory when
receiving messages if your phone’s memo-
ry is full. You will not be able to receive or
write any more e-mails. Delete e-mails.
The e-mail client always receives the entire
messages incl. subject, content and, where
applicable, attachments. It is possible to
limit the size of received messages, see
(p. 38).
