7. Select VIA INFRARED PORT (for infrared transfer) or VIA
DIRECT CABLE (for cable transfer).
8. Press touch [PERIPHERALS and select PC
LINK MODE.
PC-LINK READY!
When you are finished exchanging
information, press [ON] to quit.
Your unit is now ready to transfer data. Consult the
Organizer Link manual regarding subsequent transfer
procedures.
Press (ON) at any time to exit the PC Link mode.
You can use the software developed for
Series Organizers. If you are doing this, select IMPORT
OTHER FORMAT from the PERIPHERALS menu instead
of PC LINK MODE in step 7 above. Then select VIA PC
LINK. The above display will appear.
This can also be used for transferring Series
data to your unit.
The Organizer Link is for transferring data to a computer
in the same location as the unit. For a full explanation of
how to transfer data to remote computers using
telecommunications, see the “Terminal Mode” below.
