Connect *oscilloscope to *TP5603.
2. *DC power, apply 3.60

0.02V to *TP5611.
3. Adjust *RV so that 10 IRE ~ 20 IRE becomes *800

20mV.
Confirm that 0 IRE ~ 10 IRE voltage is over 7.1V.
