changes that you have made. This will not

lists or the handset's registration to the base

station.

Base station settings

The base station settings are carried out using a

registered Gigaset C45 handset.

Changing the system PIN

You have to enter the system PIN when register-

ing a handset to the base station.
You can change the base's 4-digit default sys-

tem PIN ("0000") to a 4-digit PIN known only to

yourself.

factory settings

When the settings are restored all handsets are

de-registered. Each individual setting is

restored. Only the date and time are retained.

(page 4) from the power socket.

Release the registration/paging key

(page 1). The base station has now been

reset.

Operating the base station on

the PABX

The following settings are only needed when

your PABX requires them. Please refer to the

user guide for your PABX.
You cannot send or receive SMS messages on

PABXs that do not support Calling Line Identifi-

cation.
