Messaging

To write and send an email message
1 } Messaging } Email } Write new .
2 Write your subject and message, OK .
3 Press Email address and enter the recipient’s
email address, or press Phonebook look up
to retrieve an address or a group from the
phonebook. A list below the send options
shows the last 10 recipients. You can also
select a recipient from this list.
4 Press More to, for example, add more recipients
or to add an attachment.
5 When you have finished writing your message,
press
Send .
To receive and read email messages
1 } Messaging } Email } Inbox } Send&rec.
(when inbox is empty) or Messaging } Email
} Inbox } More } Send & receive to download
new messages.
2 Select a message to read it.
To reply to an email message
1 Open the email message and press Reply .
2 Write your message. Press More to view
options for the message.
3 Press Send to send the message.
To save an email address or a phone
number
When the email address or phone number is
highlighted, press
Save .
To save an email message
1 Open the email message and press More .
2 Select Save message . The message is saved
in Saved items in the Email menu.
To delete an email message
(POP3 users)
1 } Messaging } Email } Inbox .
2 Select the message and press More .
3 Select Mark for deletion . The message is deleted
the next time you connect to your email server.

1 } Messaging } Email } Inbox .
2 Select the message and press More .
3 Select Mark for deletion . The message is deleted
the next time you connect to your email server.
The number of email messages that can be saved depends
on memory left in the phone. All email messages are
also saved on your email server, and you can view both
older and newer messages on the server.
