Erasing a memory location
To erase the phone number one by one

Display the name you want to erase by doing
steps 1 to 3 on pages 48 to 49.

Press Jog Dial. (If you’re at the base phone, press
Jog Button (ENTER).)

Turn Jog Dial to choose “ERASE DIRECTORY”,
and then press Jog Dial (or Jog Button
(ENTER)).

Turn Jog Dial to choose “YES”, and then press
Jog Dial (or Jog Button (ENTER)).
You hear a long confirmation beep and the
memory location is erased.
