Playing tracks
repeatedly

(Repeat play)

You can play tracks repeatedly in normal
play mode and other play modes you want.

REP/RDS

FUNCTION

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
“CD” appears on the display when the
player is not in CD mode.

Play the CD.
You can play tracks repeatedly in
normal play mode and other play modes
you want (see pages 21– 25).

Press REP/RDS (or REPEAT) until

” appears on the display.

To cancel Repeat play

Press REP/RDS (or REPEAT) until “

disappears from the display.

Press CD u to start Programme Play.

On the remote

1 Press FUNCTION repeatedly until “CD”

appears on the display.

2 Press MODE repeatedly until “PGM” appears on

the display.

3 Press the number buttons or ./m, M/

> for the tracks or files (or press

+ or

for the groups) you want to program in the order
you want.

4 Press u.

To cancel Programme Play

Stop playing first. Then press MODE/DIR
repeatedly until “PGM” disappears from the
display.

To check the order of tracks
before play

Press the jog dial after step 2.
Every time you press the jog dial, the track
or file number appears in the programmed
order.

To change the current
programme

Press STOP x once after step 2. The current
programme will be erased. Then create a
new programme following the programming
procedure.

Tips

• You can play the same programme again, since

the programme is saved until you open the CD
tray.

• You can record your own programme. After you

have created the programme, insert a blank tape
into the tape compartment then start recording
(see page 15).
