Troubleshooting
What should I do if I do not hear 5.1ch audio from my speakers?
Follow these steps to check the speaker setup.

Click Start and Control Panel.

Click Hardware and Sound.

Click Manage audio devices under Sound.

On the Playback tab, select Speakers and click Configure.
The Speaker Setup window appears.

Select 5.1 Surround under Audio channels and click Next.

Select the check boxes for your speakers under Optional speakers and click Next.

Select the check boxes under Full-range speakers and click Next.
8
Click Finish.
