Show Time and Date

Press

E

. Select the Quick Access feature or after the tone, say the Voice Tag

name.

When selected, this option displays the time and date until any key is pressed.

Set Time and Date

This option is used to set the time and date. You will be prompted to

must be entered in 24-hour format. You will then be prompted to

Set Time Format

This option is used to set the clock to either 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Language Selection

This option is used to change the language for display messages.
The option has multiple settings.
When you select a language, all further display prompts and help messages will be in the
selected language.

Entry Method Selection

This option allows you to select the default entry method for editing text on your phone. Press

$

to display each of the available options. Then press

O

to select the entry method you

require.

If iTAP does not support the current language set up for your phone, then only Tap is
available. Your phone displays
Not Available when you press

Battery Saving Mode

This option can help you to conserve battery power by activating DTX (Discontinuous
Transmission), turning the status indicator off, and deactivating the backlight for incoming Cell
Broadcast messages.
The option has two settings,

Set Animation

This option allows you to choose between still and animated menu icons.
This option has two settings,

Off

Select Keypad Tones

This option allows you to change or disable tones you hear when you press a key.
The option has three settings,

Normal Tones

Single Tone

or

No Tones

.

Visual Alert

This option allows you to turn on or off the external visual indicator on the flip of your phone. If
you receive a call from a number stored in one of your Phonebook Group, the visual indicator will
light up in the color you tagged to that Phonebook Group. See

If the incoming number is not found in the phone book or Caller Line Identification (CLI) is not
available, the visual indicator will show a flashing Red-Green-Yellow sequence.
If an anonymous call is received (i.e. the caller restricts his phone number from being displayed)
the visual indicator will show a flashing Red-Green sequence.
