Getting Started
Detaching the battery pack
Unlock the battery pack and slide
the player .
Be car eful not to dr op the batter y
pack.
Note
Do not detach the battery pack during playback.
Charging the battery pack
After attaching the batter y pack, connect the AC power adaptor , then char ge
the battery pack.

Attach the batter y pack to the player .

Connect the AC power adaptor to the player and the plug into an AC
outlet.
When char ging star ts, “ ” appears on the display window .

Disconnect the AC power adaptor fr om the player and pull out the plug
from the AC outlet after char ging.
When char ging is complete, “ ” appears on the display window .
This process takes appr oximately 8 hours.
When to charge the battery pack
You can check the r emaining power of the batter y on the display window .
Battery power is full.

o Batter y power is getting low .
o
Batter y power is low .
o
Batteries ar e depleted.
If “ ” flashes, connect the AC power adaptor to star t char ging the batter y
pack.
Notes
• If you tur n on the player while char ging, char ging is suspended until you tur n of f
the player .
• If you pr ess · while char ging, char ging is suspended and playback star ts.
Charging will r esume when you tur n of f the player .
• If “ ” flashes while char ging, ther e may be a pr oblem with char ging.
Disconnect the AC power adaptor and detach the batter y pack. Then attach the
batter y pack and connect the AC power adaptor to star t char ging again.
